1992 Returns costume Armor - Sourced from scans of production pieces! “Athletic fitment” for bigger (heavyset) wearers
The RD (Real Deal) Hero armor (full-wraparound) sourced from scans of poriginal screen used pieces from of a well known art-deco superhero film from 1992. Produced in Urethane with handlaid foam-urethane backing in cosmetic areas (pecs, abs, thighs etc), soft and comfortable yet will hold its shape very well when worn/adhered to an undersuit.
The “Athletic” term prefers to the broader shoulders and a deeper chest and rib cage shape oif these pieces, allowing for better coverage on muscular or heavyset costume wearers. The ‘real deal Keaton fitment’ armor, to be offered soon, has a flatter side profile and will be more suited for fit/lean costumers.

This is a kit, you will need to purchase the “glue down” service from us or glue it down yourself with a mannequin. We strongly recommend the RTW (ready-to-wear) glue-down service.
This is a full-wraparound armor kit and is designed to hold its shape when worn, never "see-through" thin spots or creases when shipped like some other makers. I always cure my rubber pieces longer in-mold to ensure firmness, crisp details and help prevent warping.
